Kifisias railway station (Greek: Σταθμός Λεωφόρου Κηφισίας, romanizedStathmós Leofórou Kifisías) is a railway station located on Kifisias Avenue in Marousi, Athens, Greece. The station is served by Proastiakos trains. It is on the Athens Airport–Patras railway line and was first opened on 30 July 2004. It is located in the middle of Motorway 6, at the interchange of Kifisias Avenue. The station should not be confused with the Kifisia station of Line 1, which is further north in the suburb of Kifisia.

Facilities

The station has a ticket office, and had a cafe (since closed). At platform level seating and information boards are available.

Services

As of 2019, the station is served by two trains per hour to the airport, one to Ano Liosia and one to Piraeus.[2]

Future

Plans have been put forward for to extend Metro Line 4 via Paradise Station to Kifissias railway station after 2035.
