Norman Mittelmann (born 25 May 1932) is a Canadian operatic baritone. In 1959 he won the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions. He has sung leading roles with the Bavarian State Opera, the Berlin State Opera, the Canadian Opera Company, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Metropolitan Opera, the San Francisco Opera, the Vienna State Opera, and the Zurich Opera among other major opera companies.

Mittelmann is an alumnus of the Music Academy of the West where he attended in 1955 and 1956.[1]
