Odsúdené (The Sentenced) was a TV series broadcast in Czech Republic and Slovakia, co-produced by TV JOJ and TV Barrandov. It premiered on 1 September 2009, and ran for three seasons and 86 episodes, ending on 16 December 2010. Each episode was approximately 50 minutes long.
Synopsis
The show is set in a women's prison. The main character is Eva (Zuzana Maurery), who killed another driver and almost killed her son while driving under the influence of alcohol. Eva adapts to her new environment while trying not to lose her dignity.
