37°32′07″N 67°06′55″E / 37.535384°N 67.115405°E / 37.535384; 67.115405 Balalyk tepe is a Central Asian archaeological site with many mural paintings.[1] It is thought to be roughly contemporary with some of the paintings at Dilberjin and generally dated a bit later, from the late 5th century to the early 7th century.[2][1]

The style of the painting is quite similar to the Buddhist paintings of Tokharistan.[3]
