Ian Weakly AKA Ian Weakley (born 24 February 1974 in Montego Bay, Saint James Parish) is a retired male hurdler from Jamaica. His personal best time is 48.55 seconds, achieved in June 2003 in Trikala.

He finished eighth at the 1994 Commonwealth Games, won the silver medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games, finished fifth at the 2002 World Cup and eighth at the 2005 World Athletics Final.
