Ameerega braccata, formerly Epipedobates braccatus, is a species of frog in the family Dendrobatidae endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1] Ameerega braccara has a specialized diet in ants, termites, and mites. Additionally, the abundance of consumed prey differed among the males and females of this species.[2]
