Tonya Nero (born 27 November 1988)[1] is a Trinidad and Tobago long-distance runner. In 2018, she competed in the women's half marathon at the 2018 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships held in Valencia, Spain.[2] She also competed at the 2016 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships held in Cardiff, United Kingdom.

In 2014, she represented Trinidad and Tobago at the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow, Scotland in the women's 10,000 metres event.[1] She finished in 12th place out of 13 competitors.[1] In 2018, she competed in the women's marathon at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Australia.[3] She finished in 14th place.[3]

In 2019, she competed in the women's 10,000 metres at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru.[4] She finished in 10th place.[4]
