Notes

  1. ^ Although Joyce's Football League Players' Records[1] and the English National Football Archive[2] list Wallace as a Queens Park Rangers player, according to Kenneth Westerberg's research, published on the QPRnet website, no registration with the Football Association exists for the player.[3]
