Frank Baddeley

Frank Morrish Baddeley (1874-1966) was a British colonial administrator.[1]

Life

Baddeley was acting Colonial Secretary to the government of a British Colony in Malaya, and subsequently Colonial Secretary to the government of Nigeria.[2]
