North Wales Cricket League

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Rochester Valiant (talk | contribs) at 01:54, 18 July 2020 (Partial reversion by previous editor might have been preferable, as he presumably does not dispute the 2019 league positions. I believe the bit which I imagine he did dispute to be correct, but have now rewritten it since he was correct to state that it was unsourced.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

The North Wales Cricket League is the top level of competition for recreational club cricket in North Wales, and since 2001 has been an accredited ECB Premier League as part of the expansion of cricket at a grassroots level.

The competing teams in 2020 are intended to be: Bangor, Brymbo, Conwy, Denbigh, Gresford, Llandudno, Llay Welfare, Menai Bridge, Mochdre, Northop, Pwllheli, and St Asaph. The 2020 competition was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Most ECB Premier leagues announced either a delayed start to the season or a cancellation of the season by the middle of July 2020, but as of that time it was not yet clear whether the North Wales Cricket League would play in 2020.
