Rodrigue Kwizera (born 10 October 1999)[1] is a Burundian long-distance runner. In 2019, he competed in the men's 10,000 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[1] He finished in 16th place.[1]

In 2017, he competed in the senior men's race at the 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda.[2] He finished in 39th place.[2]

In 2019, he competed in the senior men's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark.[3] He finished in 11th place.[3] In 2019, he also represented Burundi at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco.[4] He competed in the men's 5000 metres and he finished in 16th place.[4][5]
