Randall Scott Steele (born February 26, 1958 in Newport, Rhode Island) is an American former competitive sailor and Olympic silver medalist.

Career

At the 1984 Summer Olympics, Steele finished in 2nd place in the men's Windglider competition.

Early life

He attended St. Mary's College of Maryland where he sailed on the schools nationally ranked windsurfing team.
