News Stream was a global news program on CNN International aimed as a prime time show for Asia between the hours of 9-10pm on weekdays HKT.[1] The program was anchored by Kristie Lu Stout from Hong Kong, and was a one-hour news program.

The program was also simulcast on ViuTVsix in Hong Kong but half-hour only.

In 2019, the program was cancelled due to budget cuts. This resulted in CNN's Hong Kong bureau not producing any daily program since its inauguration in the 1990s. Since then, Stout has focused on feature programs, reporting, and occasionally fills-in for Rosemary Church and Max Foster for their editions on CNN Newsroom.[2]
