Catherine Rebecca Cumming is an Australian politician. She has been a member of the Victorian Legislative Council since November 2018, representing the Western Metropolitan Region.[1] She stood for election as a member of Derryn Hinch's Justice Party, but broke with the party on 18 December before being sworn in and sits as an independent.[2]

Controversy

In July 2019, it was reported that Cumming had hired her children, other relatives and a friend to work as her electorate office staff. Despite that, she said the practice should not be allowed.[3]
