Alphaeon Corporation is a technology company focused in healthcare products and services based in Irvine, California. Alphaeon Corporation serves healthcare providers in the self-pay segment; primarily plastic surgery, ophthalmology, dermatology, orthopedics, and cosmetic dentistry.

History

Alphaeon Corporation was founded in July 2013 by former Chief Executive Officer, Robert E. Grant.[1][2] Alphaeon Corporation remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Strathspey Crown LLC, a private equity firm located in Newport Beach, California.[3]

In July 2014, Alphaeon Corporation acquired Physician Recommended Nutricueticals (PRN), a manufacturer of nutritional supplements.[4][5]

In December 2014, Alphaeon Corporation acquired Clarion Medical Technologies, a medical device and product manufacturer based in Cambridge, Ontario.[6][7]

In January 2020, Alpheon completely reorganized its corporate structure and has split into two business units, AEON Biopharma, Inc. and Alphaeon1 LLC.[8]
