Mgr. Ti-kang 2015

Mgr. Joseph Ti-kang (born 7 May 1928) is the archbishop emeritus of Taipei.[1][2]

He was born in Xinxiang. He became Bishop of Kiayi, and is succeeded by Bishop Joseph Cheng Tsai-fa, who was originally Bishop of Tainan.[1]
