Dion Dannie Leonard Sanderson (born 15 December 1999) is an English footballer who plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers as a defender.

Career

Sanderson made his first team debut for Wolverhampton Wanderers, whose academy he had progressed from, on 30 October 2019 in an EFL Cup tie against Aston Villa.[2] He had been part of the club's pre-season tour of China, where he played in the club's Premier League Asia Trophy Final victory against Manchester City.[3]

In June 2019, Sanderson signed a contract extension to keep him at the club until summer 2021.[4]

Sanderson joined Cardiff City on a six-month loan deal on 31 January 2020.[5]
