Musulman Dzholomanov (born 21 June 1997)[1] In 2019, he competed in the men's 1500 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[1] He finished in 38th place in the heats.[1]

In 2017, he represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2017 Summer Universiade held in Taipei, Taiwan in the men's 1500 metres event.[2] He did not qualify to compete in the final.[2] In 2018, he represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.[3] He competed in the men's 800 metres and men's 1500 metres events.[3]
