Miguel de Oliveira

Miguel de Oliveira (born September 30, 1947) is a retired Brazilian middleweight boxer. He was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Professional career

De Oliveira turned pro in 1968 and on May 7, 1975, scored a 15-round Unanimous Decision against Jose Manuel Duran at Stade Louis II, Monte Carlo, Monaco, and won the Vacant WBC Light Middleweight Title. He lost the belt in his first defense to Elisha Obed.
