Graham Francis Hassell Medley (born 1961) is professor of infectious disease modelling at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the director of the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases there.[1][2]

He is one of the 23 attendees of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (Sage), advising the United Kingdom government on the COVID-19 pandemic. He is chair of the SPI-M modelling sub-committee (and was quoted in The Guardian saying he’d like to “put all the more vulnerable people into the north of Scotland … everybody else into Kent and have a nice, big epidemic in Kent, so that everyone becomes immune”).[3]

Since 2014 he has been a member of the Science (journal) Board of Reviewing Editors [4].
