Jože Ilija (12 March 1928 – 19 May 1983) was a Slovenian slalom canoeist who competed for Yugoslavia in the 1950s. He won a bronze medal in the folding K-1 event at the 1955 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Tacen.[1]

He was also an alpine skier. He competed in three events at the 1956 Winter Olympics, representing Yugoslavia.[2]
