Timini Egbuson is a Nigerian actor, model and presenter. He was born in Bayelsa State. He's a graduate of psychology from University of Lagos.[1] He became notable in 2013 after he played Tobi in the television series Shuga. He hosted GT Bank's Fashion week red carpet alongside Sharon Ooja in 2017.[2] Timini Egbuson won the Best Actor in a Drama at the 2020 Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) for his role in the movie Elevator Baby.[3]

Biography

Timini was born in Bayelsa state and is the younger brother to notable actress, Dakore Akande.[4] He got his primary school education from Greenspring Montessori, The Afro School and St Catherine's. He attended Adebayo Mokuolu College, Lagos. He studied Psychology in the University of Lagos.[5] He graduated in the year 2011. He started his acting career in 2010, on M-net's soap opera Tinsel. At the 2020 AMVCA awards timini won the Best Actor in a drama for his role in Elevator baby.[3]
