Mir 'Ali Mardan Shah, Nuzrat ol-Molk (1840 – 1903) was Persian prince of the Timurid Dynasty in 19th-century Persia.

Mir 'Ali Mardan Shah married Princess Ashraf us-Sultana Qajar. Issue includes Amirteymour Kalali and Hazrat Khanoum Nosrat Saltaneh.
