Essential Media & Entertainment was an Australian television production company.

Formed in 2005,[1] the company has produced factual and drama productions for broadcasters around the globe, including Arte France, ABC Australia, BBC, CBC, Discovery Channel, France 5, History Channel, National Geographic Channel, PBS, RTÉ, SBS Australia, Sundance Channel and many others.
