Ammayariyathe is an Indian television soap opera drama [1]airs on Asianet and streams on Disney+Hotstar since 22 June 2020 at 7.30 PM IST.[2]
It portrays the story of a mother and daughter separated by unfortunate circumstances. It is a spin off to Kumkumapoovu and Karuthamuthu.[3]

Production
The series was supposed to premiere on 30 March 2020. However, owing Covid-19 outbreak in India, production and shootings were stalled on 23 March 2020 and Malayalam television shootings were permitted from June 2020. This made it to postpone and premiere on 22 June 2020.
