Kazayak-Khusnullino (Russian: Казаяк-Хуснуллино) is a rural locality (a village) in Krasnovoskhodsky Selsoviet, Iglinsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 53 as of 2010.[2] There are 2 streets.
