Pakiso Mthembu (born 10 June 1999)[1] is a South African long-distance runner.

In 2019, he competed in the senior men's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark.[2] He finished in 59th place and he was the second-best South African competitor in the race.[2] He received the University of the Free State Sportsman of the Year 2019 award.[3]
