Blackburn Rovers /ˈblækbɜːrn ˈrvərz/ are a South African professional football club from East London, Eastern Cape who play in the National First Division.

In 2010 they gained promotion to the National First Division after winning the Vodacom League Eastern Cape League and finishing the season as the division's overall runner-up.[1]
