Mirsad "Miro" Alilović (born February 28, 1977) is a Slovenian professional basketball coach. He is currently the head coach for Dynamic VIP PAY of the Basketball League of Serbia.

Coaching career

Alilović coached Slovenian clubs Geoplin Slovan and Union Olimpija.

On April 10, 2019, Alilović was named as a head coach for Serbian club Dynamic Belgrade.[1][2]
