Julien Martinelli (born December 12, 1980 in Schiltigheim, Bas-Rhin) is a French football goalkeeper who last played for Angers SCO.

Martinelli made 3 appearances in Ligue 2 with Niort.[1]

Because of injuries, he stopped his career in 2008 and reconverted in medical world. He is candidate to the TV game Tout le monde veut prendre sa place broadcast the February 16 2019 on France 2.
