Podbiel [ˈpɔdbjɛl] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Celestynów, within Otwock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Celestynów, 12 km (7 mi) south-east of Otwock, and 33 km (21 mi) south-east of Warsaw.
Near village, on marshes "Bagno Całowanie" was discovered relics of neolithic settlement (11 800 - 8500 years BP).[2]
