Elizabeth Best was born in central Victoria, 1977. She is the author of 31 books,[1] including the bestselling, Eli's Wings and the non-fiction travel title, The Year We Seized the Day, co-authored with Colin Bowles. Her articles have appeared in the Melbourne Herald Sun, The Age The Australian and various other publications. She has consulted on film scripts and presented at educational and corporate events, including national conferences and international expos. She is an Ambassador for The Butterfly Foundation.
