Brillio is a company focused on digital technologies and big data analytics headquartered in Santa Clara, California[1] Brillio has over 2,300 employees who work in offices located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and India.[2]
History
Brillio was formed in 2014 when Collabera, a global IT recruiting and staffing company firm based out of Morristown, New Jersey spun off its IT services division into the subsidiary company, Brillio.[3][4] The goal was for Brillio to become a standalone entity by the end of that year.[4] In April 2015, Brillio legally incorporated as its own entity under "Brillio Holdings, Inc." in New Castle County, Delaware.[5]
Raj Mamodia has been the CEO of Brillio since 2014. In January 2019, Bain Capital Private Equity acquired a majority stake in the company to further scale its digital transformation offerings. [6][7]
Acquisitions and partnerships
- In December 2019, Brillio got status of Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP).[8] [9]
- In August 2019: Brillio partnered with Blue Planet, a USA based IT and networking division of Ciena, to create the next generation of network capabilities for enterprises [10]
- In August 2018: Brillio attained an Advanced Consulting Partner status in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network[11]
- In March 2018: Brillio acquired Comity Designs, a cloud and mobile solutions provider and Salesforce consulting partner, that helped add to its front-office technology capabilities and Salesforce expertise.[12][13]
- In August 2015: Brillio participated as an investor for Arundo Analytics, a Norway-based global provider of analytical and predictive solutions, to expand its presence into asset-heavy industries.[14][15]
- In April 2015: Brillio invested $3 Million in Series A funding on Albeado, a Silicon Valley-based software company delivering predictive analytics and causal modelling.[16][17]
- In October 2014: Brillio acquired Marketelligent, a Bangalore-based advanced analytics solutions provider to enhance its offerings in data visualization and advanced predictive analytics.[18][19]

- In September 2019: Brillio won India’s Best In-house Design Studio Award for quality of design, business practices and transparency.[20]
- In May 2019: Brillio’s CSR Bringing Smiles won a Silver Stevie at the ‘2019 American Business Awards’.[21]

- In March 2019: Brillio recognized as a winner of the ‘iF DESIGN AWARD 2019’ for designing Yokohama Tire Spec app.[23]
