Parlay Games Inc. is a Canadian-based developer of online bingo software founded by Perry Malone and Scott White.[1] Parlay is well known for having pioneered online bingo software for which they hold patents in the US and Canada for their online bingo software platform.[2] Their bingo software has powered sites around the globe since 1998 and is available in both a 75-ball and 90-ball versions.[3] The company also licenses other games in the areas of Casino, Social Gaming and Class II as well as a full featured back-office player account management system which can be used in both gaming and non-gaming online businesses.

In 2011 the company sold the majority of its assets to M Projects Assets S.A. ("MProjects").[4]
