Jarl ("Lali") Öhman (14 November 1891 in Helsinki – 20 January 1936 in Kokkola) was a Finnish amateur football player who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

He was a part of the Finnish football team squad, which finished fourth in the football event. He participated in all four matches in the main tournament and scored two goals.

He was also the first manager of the Finland national football team.
