The 2010 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 101st staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.

On 24 October 2010, Kilbrittain won the championship after a 1–12 to 0–11 defeat of Ballygarvan in the final.[1] This was their second championship title overall and their first title since 1995.
