Richard R. Ramsey (born November 23, 1940) is an American politician in the state of Iowa.
Ramsey was born in Clarke County, Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa and University of Iowa College of Law. He served Iowa Senate from 1973 to 1983, as a Republican.[1]
