Badman is a British comedy drama web series that premiered on YouTube in October 2015. It has since had 11 episodes, Ten with the first series, and as of 30 November 2019 season 2 with 1 episode so farThe series is created by Humza Arshad and consists of continuous episodes uploaded on his YouTube channel Humza Productions, following the next chapter in the Diary of a Badman world. Humza is now maturing from boy to man, and this is a much darker and more serious saga with implications along the way.[1]

Characters
- Humza Arshad as Humza (Badman): The main character of the series and also narrates the story in each episode
- Sayfuz Ali as Avell: Humza's friend from prison who betrays him by stabbing him then he later joins him to get his revenge on TJ
- Mohammed Umar Baig as Umar: Humza's best friend, often ridiculed by Humza and the group for being overweight
- Fayaaz Kassam: Fayaaz, Humza's friend
- Humza Arshad also as Mr Arshad (Mr Bubblegum): Humza's father, who owns a shop called Bubblegum
- Noor: Humza's sister who was later shot in the end of series 1 which leaves humza and his family in shock
- Anusha Sareen: Anisa, Humza's friend from school and yasmins friend
- Zak Snoke: TJ, Humza's Enemy main antagonist of the series ruins humzas life by killing his girlfriend Yasmin and by stabbing humzas cousin and runs over humzas dad and is arrested.
- Theo Johnson: Ace, Smokey's right-hand man TJ cousin who betrays smokey and promises TJ that he will bring him humza and later realises his mistakes and later helps humza find his sisters killers.
- Voltaire Taiwo-de-Campos: V, A businessman and Smokey's rival TJ and Ace boss is greedy and owns every traphouse later gets killed by Ace on TJ command
- David Whitely: Rebeka, Ace's informant and snitch from Birmingham
- Nobuse Junior: Tyrone, TJ's closest friend already knows about yasmins death TJ stabs him and is presumed dead
- Sammy T: Sammy, A friend of Humza who is dumb and foils nearly every plan
- Jay Ahmed: Jay, Humza's cousin Yasmin's boss works in a office gets beaten, blackmailed and threatened by TJ not to disclose his mouth into telling the police about TJ abused Yasmin dosent appear after season 1
