Joseph R. Bowen (born April 22, 1950) is an American politician. He was a member of the Kentucky State Senate from the 8th District, from 2011-17, choosing not to seek re-election. He is a member of the Republican Party.[1] He previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2005 to 2006.
