Rosario Francisca María Balmaceda Holley (born 26 March 1999) is a Chilean footballer who plays as a midfielder for Santiago Morning and the Chile women's national team.

International career

Balmaceda represented Chile at two South American U-20 Women's Championship editions (2015 and 2018) and the 2016 South American U-17 Women's Championship.[4][5] She made her senior debut on 15 September 2017 in a 0–1 friendly loss against France.
