Igreja de São Gião is a church in Famalicão, 5 km south of Nazaré, in the district of Leiria, Portugal.

It was discovered by Eduíno Borges Garcia in 1961 and is regarded as one of the oldest churches in Portugal. It is classified as a National Monument.
