Xatınbulaq is a village in the Fizuli Rayon of Azerbaijan. It was occupied by Armenian troops in August 1993 during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War and became part of the Hadrut Province of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh until it was recaptured by Azerbaijan in 14 October 2020 during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.
