New Urban Communities Authority (Arabic: هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة) is an Egyptian government authority affiliated with the Ministry of Housing. Its headquarters are in Sheikh Zayed City. It was established in accordance with law No. 59/1979.[1]
