Moving Target is a 2000 American action film directed by Paul Ziller and the stars Don "The Dragon" Wilson.

It stars Don "The Dragon" Wilson and was the last film Roger Corman made at Concorde-New Horizons.[1][2]

Plot

An innocent tourist becomes a target of the police: He is framed for murder and pursued for unknown reasons and must discover the truth before it kills him.
