W. H. Logan

W. H. Logan was a state senator in Arkansas.[1] He was born in Ohio in the first half of the 1850s. During his career he served as a justice of the peace,preacher, teacher, and farmer.[2]

He served as state senator in 1889 and 1890 representing Arkansas Senate District 15 which included parts of Chicot County and Desha County. He was a Republican.[1]
