Parakeratosis pustulosa is a cutaneous condition which is exclusively seen in children, usually involving one finger, most commonly the thumb or index finger, with the affected nail showing subungual hyperkeratosis and onycholysis.^[1]^: 662^[2]^: 1026^[2]
