Viktor Leontievich Kopp (Template:Lang-ru) (29 September [O.S. 16 September] 1880, Yalta – 24 March 1930, Berlin) was a Russian diplomat active in Germany from 1918 to 1921. At the outset he belonged to the staff of the Soviet Ambassador to Germany, Adolph Joffe.

In 1920 Kopp was recognised by the German government as head of the Soviet repatriation commission in Berlin.
