Roger Gurley (born 7 November 1965) is a football coach and referee from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

He managed the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines national side in 2008.[1]

Gurley also took up a career as a pro referee and has since refereed in numerous games, including the semi-final of the Caribbean Cup in 2001.[2]
