Lana Bastašić is a Bosnian writer. She was born in Zagreb in 1986. She studied English and cultural studies at the universities of Banja Luka and Belgrade. She has written in many different genres: short stories, children’s stories, poetry, stage plays and novels. Her debut novel Catch the Rabbit won the 2020 EU Prize for Literature, and is being translated into several European languages.[1]
