Massimiliano Caputo (born September 10, 1980 in Naples) is an Italian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for Foligno.

Caputo spent the 2001–02 season on loan at Scottish club Livingston.[1] He didn't score a league goal in 21 games but did score four goals in the Scottish League Cup; scoring twice against East Fife[2] and twice against Aberdeen.[3]
